Job summary

PCBB seeks a Head of Advisory Operations - Banking Analytics to lead data operations across profitability, CECL, and stress-testing analytics. You will oversee data transformation, governance, and end-to-end client delivery with technology partners and product teams.

You will drive scalable processes, controls, and reporting, while managing a multi-product data ops team and shaping the operating model for data intake, validation, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, data analytics, or related field.
• Seven or more years of experience in data operations, banking data management, or related field.
• Strong experience leading teams and owning operational outcomes in a complex delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advisory Services data operations across Profitability FIT, CECL FIT, Stress Testing FIT, and related tools and client delivery processes.
• Establish and oversee the operating model for client data intake, transformation, validation, processing, maintenance, reporting, and delivery.
• Own design, governance, and continuous improvement of data operations processes, controls, and service levels.
• Coordinate with IT, data engineering, and product teams to implement new data frameworks and tools.
• Translate business requirements into scalable operational and systems requirements for automation and data lineage.
• Manage hiring, coaching, and development to scale the Advisory Services data operations function.
• Ensure data handling complies with policies, security expectations, and regulatory obligations.
