Job summary

PNC is seeking aSenior Business Analytics Manager to lead analytics and data governance for the customer data domain. Based in the listed U.S.

offices, you will partner with business, technology, risk, and compliance teams to improve data quality, lineage, and controls while enabling regulatory and customer-focused decision making. You will build dashboards and reports with SQL, Python, Tableau or Power BI, mentor analysts, and drive automation of profiling, validation and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Analytics, BI or decision support.
• Experience presenting analytics to executives.
• Cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Experience in Risk Management, Governance or Regulatory initiatives.
• Advanced SQL expertise and performance optimization.
• Strong Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau/Power BI.
• Experience in customer data environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Direct enterprise-wide analytics programs to drive customer solutions and profitability.
• Lead complex analytics and data management initiatives focusing on customer identity, profile and related data.
• Define and monitor data quality rules for completeness, accuracy and integrity.
• Develop dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, Tableau or Power BI.
• Document data definitions, lineage, rules, controls and ownership with data owners/stewards.
• Support regulatory and risk activities with traceable analyses and remediation reporting.
• Coordinate issue management from identification to root-cause analysis and closure.
• Communicate data risks and quality trends to senior leadership.
