Job summary

Kognivit? Inc. is seeking a Workday Benefits Consultant to join our Implementation & Advisory team, delivering end-to-end Workday deployments and HR transformations for clients. You will lead discovery, design scalable foundations, and drive value with executive stakeholders.

You will design intricate calculation tags, complex benefit groups, and automated enrollment rules, while guiding clients on roadmaps and strategic adoption to maximize Workday investment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience leading Workday Benefits deployments from foundation to launch.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable design decisions.
• Experience presenting clear strategic roadmaps to C-suite leadership.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Implementation: Lead full-lifecycle Workday Benefits deployments from scoping to go-live.
• Strategic Advisory & Redesign: Partner with executives to translate requirements into scalable HR transformations.
• Architecture & Lead Design: Architect complex calculation tags, benefit groups, and enrollment rules at scale.
• Roadmap & Feature Adoption: Guide deployment roadmaps and evaluate release capabilities for long-term value.
