Job summary

Protingent Staffing is seeking a Sr Process Analyst, Lead to Order in Santa Clara, CA. The role focuses on documenting current processes, mapping workflows, and identifying gaps to support CRO initiatives.

You will maintain the process catalog, document future-state designs, and partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and Product to drive process improvements. Strong BPMN, SIPOC, and CRM/CPQ knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; hands-on Sales Operations experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales and commercial processes including Quote-to-Order.
• Experience documenting cross-functional processes and facilitating workshops.

Responsibilities

• Document current processes through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Create current-state maps using BPMN, SIPOC, and swimlanes.
• Identify bottlenecks, handoffs, and ownership gaps with clear themes.
• Support CRO process initiatives with process maps, findings, and requirements.
• Maintain Lead-to-Order process catalog and related documentation.
