Job summary

Sammons Warehouse Solutions on-site seeks an experienced lead technician to diagnose, repair, and rebuild JCB construction equipment. You’ll work with engines, hydraulics, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, and steering, ensuring safe and reliable equipment for the job site.

You will supervise a team, perform inspections and major component repairs at customer sites and in the shop, complete service documentation, and adhere to Briggs safety standards, DOT and OSHA practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of heavy or construction equipment repair experience.
• Proven lead experience managing teams.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments; welding or fabrication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to diagnose, repair, and rebuild JCB construction equipment, including engines, hydraulics, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, steering, and other major components.
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and major component repairs at customer jobsites and in the shop.
• Complete service documentation and keep your service vehicle, tools, parts, and supplies organized and job ready.
• Follow Briggs safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and required DOT and OSHA practices.
