Job summary

Sammons Industrial, LLC is seeking a JCB Field Service Technician II to diagnose, repair, and rebuild JCB Earth and Ag equipment on-site. You’ll work to keep customer equipment running safely and reliably, with strong emphasis on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of equipment repair experience, strong mechanical skills, and certification on at least 65% of the designated product line.
• valid driver's license; technical certifications and welding experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and rebuild JCB Earth and Ag equipment, including engines and hydraulics.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and major component repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records, manage parts and tools, and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow safety standards, maintain your service vehicle, and continue developing your technical skills.
