Job summary

Sammons Industrial, LLC is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose, repair, and rebuild JCB construction equipment on customer sites and in the shop. You will lead a team, perform preventive maintenance and major repairs, and document service activities in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

The role requires 10+ years of heavy equipment repair experience and leadership ability. Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 pounds, operate tools, and maintain a well-organized work setup in

Qualifications

• 10+ years of heavy or construction equipment repair experience with strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Lead experience is required.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments; welding or fabrication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to diagnose, repair, and rebuild JCB construction equipment, including engines, hydraulics, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, steering, and other major components.
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and major component repairs at customer jobsites and in the shop.
• Complete service documentation and keep your service vehicle, tools, parts, and supplies organized and job ready.
• Follow safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and required DOT and OSHA practices.
