Job summary

Sammons Warehouse Solutions, part of Sammons Industrial, is hiring a JCB Field Service Technician II to keep customers’ equipment running safely and reliably. You’ll diagnose, repair, and rebuild heavy machinery across engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems.

You’ll perform preventive maintenance, document service records, manage parts and tools, and deliver excellent customer service. A valid driver’s license and strong mechanical skills are essential; welding and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of equipment repair experience.
• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Certification on at least 65% of the designated product line.
• Valid driver’s license; welding experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and rebuild JCB Earth and Ag equipment (engines, hydraulics, transmissions, electrical).
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and major component repairs.
• Maintain service records, manage parts and tools, and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow safety standards and keep the service vehicle in good condition.
