Briggs Industrial Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced heavy equipment technician to diagnose, repair, and rebuild JCB construction equipment.

You will lead a team, perform inspections, and complete service documentation at customer sites and in the shop. This on-site role requires 10+ years of repair experience, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and supply your own tools; safety standards and DOT/OSHA practices apply.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of heavy or construction equipment repair experience.
• Lead experience required.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments; welding or fabrication skills are a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and furnish your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to diagnose, repair, and rebuild JCB construction equipment, including engines, hydraulics, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, steering, and other major components.
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and major component repairs at customer jobsites and in the shop.
• Complete service documentation and keep your service vehicle, tools, parts, and supplies organized and job ready.
• Follow Briggs safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and required DOT and OSHA practices.
