Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Lead Superintendent to manage our multifamily, condo, mixed-use, and affordable-housing portfolio in West Palm Beach. You will lead complex residential projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership, and excellent collaboration with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in commercial construction (mixed-use, multifamily, hotels).
• Experience supervising projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Certifications in construction safety and project management are a plus.
• Willing to travel to various sites.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site, from planning to completion.
• Ensuring all projects are on time and within budget while maintaining high quality.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other specialists to follow blueprints.
• Supervising on-site workers and subcontractors, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Conducting regular inspections to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Identifying issues early and implementing solutions to prevent delays.
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to provide updates.
