Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Superintendent role in construction.
• Experience managing multifamily, condo, mixed-use and affordable-housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of vertical and mid-rise construction; read blueprints/schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in construction management software and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with project team members and subcontractors per plan.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Lead problem-solving on site and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct site inspections for quality control and adherence to specs.
• Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
• Implement cost-control measures to keep projects on budget.
• Foster continuous improvement for efficiency and effectiveness.
