Jobot is seeking a dynamic Permanent Senior Superintendent to lead our multifamily, condo, mixed-use, and affordable-housing projects in Southeast Florida. The role emphasizes vertical and mid-rise construction with a proven track record in delivering on time and within budget.

With 5+ years in a superintendent role, you will manage teams, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and drive project updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Superintendent role in construction.
• Experience managing multifamily, condo, mixed-use and affordable-housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of vertical and mid-rise construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with project team members and subcontractors to ensure plan adherence.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site.
• Lead problem-solving efforts on the job site.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality control and adherence to specs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management.
• Implement cost control measures to keep projects within budget.
• Foster continuous improvement to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
