The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction, with commercial focus on multifamily, mixed-use, hotels, and condo projects.
• Proven ability to supervise projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel to various construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations from planning to project completion.
• Ensure projects finish on time and within budget with high quality.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to follow designs.
• Supervise on-site workers and subcontractors, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Identify potential delays and implement proactive solutions.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project managers for updates.
