Jobot is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee field operations for multiple high-rise construction projects. This permanent role requires a strong leader to coordinate subcontractors from groundbreaking through turnover, ensuring safety, quality, and on-budget delivery.

You will manage contracts, budgets, and risks while reading blueprints and aligning field work with project plans. A degree in construction management or engineering is preferred, with certifications a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in a supervisory role in construction.
• Experience in safety management, contracts, blueprint reading, estimating, budgeting, quality control, cost control and risk management.
• Understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills; ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications accurately.
• Degree preferred in construction management or engineering; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction from concept to completion; coordinate workers and subcontractors to follow plans and schedule.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and create a safe work environment; conduct inspections and corrective actions.
• Manage contracts, terms, and issue resolution.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications; align activities with them.
• Prepare and manage budgets; implement cost controls to stay within budget.
• Conduct quality control inspections to meet standards and requirements.
• Estimate construction costs and prepare detailed project estimates.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and authorities; maintain open communication throughout the project.
