Jobot is seeking a seasoned Superintendent - Heavy Civil to lead all stages of large-scale construction projects. You will drive budgeting, scheduling, safety management, and subcontractor coordination, ensuring projects finish on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication with clients and teams, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. Competitive benefits and per diem are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a superintendent in construction.
• Experience in project management, budgeting, scheduling, safety, and subcontractor management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate a team.
• Proficiency with project management software.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management to deliver on time and budget.
• Supervise construction activities ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Develop schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, manage processes.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, control costs.
• Implement safety protocols and conduct regular inspections.
• Manage client, stakeholder, subcontractor, and staff relationships.
• Resolve issues or delays impacting timelines, budget, or quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure plans are followed.
