Jobot is seeking a Permanent Superintendent with a strong background in construction to oversee all stages of project life cycles, from planning to completion. You will manage budgeting, scheduling, safety management, and subcontractor coordination in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in superintendent roles, knowledge of construction processes and quality control, and a proven leadership ability to drive projects to on-time, on-budget delivery across healthcare,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent in the construction industry.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, safety management, and subcontractor management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of construction project management to deliver on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Supervising construction activities to ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with specs.
• Developing comprehensive project schedules and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Preparing and managing project budgets and controlling costs.
• Implementing and overseeing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
• Managing client, stakeholder, subcontractor, and staff relationships for effective collaboration.
• Resolving issues or delays impacting timelines, budget, or quality.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to plans.
