Jobot is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for multiple high-rise projects in Florida. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and schedule discipline, with a hands-on leadership style to deliver top-tier results in the field.

The successful candidate will coordinate subcontractors, manage complex schedules, and partner with project teams from groundbreaking to turnover, driving exceptional outcomes on major high-rise development.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in a similar high-rise construction role.
• Knowledge of planning, safety, quality control, materials mgmt, and risk mgmt.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and quick decision-making.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Safety or quality certifications are an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing daily operations of high-rise projects from start to finish within plan and budget.
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and guidelines on all sites.
• Implementing and managing quality control processes and inspections.
• Managing procurement, storage, and allocation of materials.
• Identifying risks and implementing risk management strategies.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Resolving issues or conflicts to satisfy all parties.
• Providing regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
