Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years software testing or quality engineering experience, with leadership background.
• Strong hands-on testing of Salesforce solutions, enterprise apps, web apps, APIs, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the end-to-end quality engineering strategy for Salesforce, custom apps, APIs, integrations, and responsive web apps.
• Lead test planning, estimation, execution, defect management, quality reporting, and release-readiness assessments across multiple initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, regression, and data-validation testing.
• Establish risk-based testing practices and quality gates within Agile delivery and CI/CD pipelines.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, including Lightning, Apex-based functionality, and platform releases.
• Mentor quality engineers, conduct technical reviews, and foster ownership and continuous improvement.
