Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking a hands-on QA Consultant to lead quality strategies across multi-cloud Salesforce, AWS, AWS Connect, and GenAI/Agentic AI features. You’ll collaborate with solution architects, developers, and clients to define test strategies and ensure reliable delivery.

The role covers end-to-end testing, defect governance, and go-live readiness, with opportunities to apply GenAI tooling for test creation and automation.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in Quality Assurance roles.
• 4+ years of hands‑on testing Salesforce & AWS Connect implementations.
• Hands‑on lead experience on a contact center/IVR project.
• Experience with AI/GenAI tools for testing and automation.
• Strong knowledge of test management and defect governance.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud architectures and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Define quality strategies with stakeholders and align with SOW scope.
• Lead end‑to‑end testing across SIT, E2E, UAT, regression, and performance.
• Own defect lifecycle from triage to root cause analysis.
• Coordinate environments, releases, and go‑live readiness.
• Prepare QA dashboards and status reports for leadership.
• Apply risk‑based testing to prioritize coverage in complex workflows.
