Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Java/JEE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices.
• Strong experience designing cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL, Elasticsearch, MQ/Solace.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, event-driven architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and TDD.
• Experience with Linux, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation, and modernization of complex enterprise digital solutions.
• Provide technical direction across multiple applications and engineering teams.
• Lead architecture reviews to ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Establish clean-code practices, reusable patterns, and TDD/contract-first development.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering standards and governance.
