Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field, plus 7 years of experience.
• Experience with Java, ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and AWS-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate, MyBatis, RESTful APIs, and modern web UI (Material UI).
• Proficient in DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines; understanding of ETL, batch processing, and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects for Highbridge from inception through closure.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Design technical solutions and system architectures to meet objectives.
• Translate business requirements into robust designs and specifications.
• Lead implementation including coding, integration, and deployment.
• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and costs.
• Coordinate API integrations and data exchange with external vendors.
• Oversee testing phases and develop test plans.
• Coordinate rollout activities and provide on-call support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
