Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in Software Engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex items.
• Hands-on development with Java/J2EE/Spring/JMS and REST APIs.
• Experience provisioning AWS cloud services with Terraform.
• Experience with AWS Glue, Athena, and S3.
• Experience in leading teams and applying agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and coaching for a software engineering team.
• Oversee budget, resources, and execution of processes.
• Ensure collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate issues to deliver the book of work.
• Advise leadership on budget, approach, and optimization.
