Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a senior technical lead for Highbridge with strong Java, cloud, and API integration skills. You will drive architecture, implement scalable solutions, and manage AWS resources with cost optimization.

Collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams is essential to deliver secure, reliable systems. The role includes leading testing phases, on-call support, and thorough documentation to sustain system health and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of software development experience with Java and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience designing system architectures and API integrations in a financial services context.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/MyBatis, and RESTful services.
• Strong knowledge of ReactJS/TypeScript for front-end development and modern JS tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects for Highbridge from inception to closure.
• Define scope, requirements, and deliverables with stakeholders; design robust solutions.
• Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure, cost optimization, and vendor integrations.
• Coordinate testing, deployments, and on-call production support.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation and runbooks.
