• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in one or more programming language - Java or Python or Go with strong AWS cloud experience.
• Experience leading use of AI-assisted development tools with validation of outputs for correctness, performance and security.
• Understanding of secure coding, data sensitivity, resiliency and security expectations.
