Job summary

Qualifications

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
Advanced in one or more programming language such as Java or Python.
Demonstrated experience leading AI-assisted software development tools with validation standards.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including security and resiliency practices.
Identity and access management expertise (OAuth 2.0, OIDC) and token-based authorization knowledge.

Responsibilities

Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and debugging with ability to tackle non-routine problems.
Develops secure high-quality production code and reviews code written by others.
Drives team adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
Applies SDLC tools and automation capabilities to improve value delivery and testing.
Identifies opportunities to automate remediation and improve operational stability of applications.
Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams to validate architectures and security.
Leads communities of practice across Software Engineering and fosters inclusive team culture.
