Job summary

You will lead development, ensure secure production code, and drive architectural decisions to support enterprise-scale applications. The role requires 5+ years of software engineering, hands-on experience with LLMs/SLMs, and expertise in Java or Python, AWS, Spring, and API design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building agentic systems using LLMs/SLMs.
• Experience setting up and maintaining MCP servers and MCP-compatible tools/adapters.
• Proficient in Java and/or Python.
• Experience with Spring AI or Spring ecosystem or Python web frameworks.
• Strong AWS background with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD tools.
• Strong API design skills (REST/OpenAPI; gRPC).
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices.
• Experience leading adoption of AI-assisted software development practices.
