Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to shape risk-domain strategies across a portfolio spanning multiple strategy leaders. You will partner with risk strategy leaders to set the domain vision, allocate investment, and translate outcomes into concrete product plans.

In this role you will lead cross‑functional pods, mentor other PMs, and drive strategy off legacy systems toward production, while launching new strategies through experimentation and automation.

Qualifications

8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Drives product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders.
Plans and implements the architectural roadmap balancing design, compliance and time-to-market.
Assesses customer experience and needs in product requirements.
Sets up data gathering mechanisms to measure usability and market impact.
Leads analytics, discovery, market research and competitive analysis for data-driven decisions.
Oversees product profitability and budgeting measures.
Plans operating reviews and product reviews with leadership.
Partners with data scientists, UX researchers and product designers.
Maximizes efficiency in a dynamic, evolving environment.
