Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the platform’s data pillar within the Risk Decisioning Platform. You will coordinate data vendor integrations, upstream/downstream data flows, and data governance across fraud, credit, and compliance domains.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, data science, risk strategy and governance teams to build scalable data solutions, track health, and migrate legacy systems while driving measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with data integration, pipelines, or analytical data layers.
• Familiarity with data governance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Inputs to product strategy with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Implements architectural roadmap balancing design, technology, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors metrics informing product success and data health; drives data‑driven decisions.
• Partners with data scientists, product designers and user researchers.
• Leads product reviews and steering committee updates as SME.
