PayPal is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to direct risk domain strategies across multiple strategies. You will shape the domain vision, drive investment decisions, and translate outcomes like loss reduction and customer experience into actionable product plans.

You will lead cross-functional pods, mentor other PMs, and work with risk strategy leaders to move strategies off legacy systems toward production.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
• Significant experience building products in fraud, account integrity, credit, or other risk domains.
• Track record of setting a multi-year product vision and strategy for a business domain.
• Experience leading product for a multi-team risk portfolio alongside business owners, and reporting outcomes to executive stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of how risk decisions are made and tuned, including rules, ML models, features, and tradeoffs.
• Strong quantitative skills: defining risk metrics and connecting product changes to business impact.
• Experience launching through controlled rollouts and experimentation.
