Job summary

You will lead cross-functional pods, mentor PMs, and drive production-grade risk decisioning platform transformation, including legacy migrations and new strategy launches, with data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience building products in fraud, account integrity, or other risk domains.
• Ability to set a multi-year product vision and strategy.
• Experience leading multi-team risk portfolios and reporting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders aligned with the shared vision.
• Plan and implement the architectural roadmap balancing design, regulation, time-to-market, and profitability.
• Assess customer experience and needs in product requirements.
• Lead data gathering and metrics for usability studies, market analysis.
• Oversee profitability measures and budget; drive accountability across teams.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product designers, and UX researchers.
• Influence executives and mentor other PMs.
