Job summary

PayPal Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to steer risk-domain strategy across multiple strategies and leaders. You will set the domain vision, orchestrate cross‑functional pods, and translate outcomes like loss reduction, approval rates, and customer experience into concrete product plans.

You will help migrate legacy risk strategies and drive new, data‑driven optimization. You will mentor other PMs, partner with risk, analytics, design and engineering, and present to executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree.
• Significant experience building products in fraud, account integrity, credit, or other risk domains.
• Experience leading product for a multi-team risk portfolio with business owners.
• Deep knowledge of risk decisions, including rules, ML models, features, and friction treatments.
• Strong quantitative skills: risk metrics, prioritization, and business impact.
• Experience launching through controlled rollouts and experimentation.
• Experience shaping platform roadmaps and resolving competing demands.
• Experience leading major platform transitions while protecting performance.
• Experience mentoring product managers and establishing repeatable practices.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive milestone-based delivery.
