Job summary

Early Warning (Zelle) is seeking a Sr. Lead, Business Operations - Risk to translate enterprise risk priorities into coordinated execution across a broad portfolio.

The role drives training, governance, and executive communications with independence and stakeholder alignment across Risk, Learning & Development, and business teams. The position operates in a hybrid model with locations in major US cities, requiring strong collaboration and delivery of high-visibility initiatives impacting risk

Qualifications

• Typically has 12+ years of relevant experience or portfolio demonstrated in business operations, program management, business execution, or related discipline.
• Experience independently managing a broad portfolio of complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving work from planning through execution.
• Experience developing executive-level communications, presentations, or decision materials for senior leadership and governance forums.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, audience-appropriate content.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and influence across functions and levels without direct authority.
• Strong judgment, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt as business needs change.
• Experience establishing or improving operating routines, governance, processes, or knowledge-management practices.
• Background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Translate risk operations priorities into coordinated execution across a broad portfolio.
• Drive enterprise risk training strategy and integrated training roadmap.
• Coordinate subject matter experts and Learning & Development to deliver role-based training and assets.
• Build and maintain the Risk Knowledge Base in SharePoint.
• Develop executive communications for ExCo and governance forums.
• Coordinate planning, materials, logistics, and follow-up for quarterly Risk Advisory Boards.
• Drive operating routines to provide visibility into progress and risks.
• Lead day-to-day stakeholder management across Risk, L&D, Communications, and business teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance, and knowledge-management practices.
