Dish Society is seeking a Senior Lead to join our Houston-area team. This role partners with the GM to drive daily operations, coach the team, and uphold Dish Society standards for guest experience, hospitality, and performance.

Ideal candidates have restaurant leadership experience, thrive in fast-paced settings, and are driven to advance toward General Manager roles while maintaining a hands-on approach in FOH and BOH operations.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations while leading shifts, supporting the team, and maintaining Dish Society standards.
• Lead shifts and support both FOH and BOH operations.
• Coach and develop team members in real time.
• Hold hospitality, cleanliness, and operational standards accountable.
• Support guest recovery and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and kitchen readiness throughout the shift.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Partner with the General Manager on operations and team development.
• Help with scheduling, labor efficiency, inventory, ordering, and shift execution.
• Monitor line checks, health standards, cleanliness, and Steritech readiness.
• Respond to guest feedback with a hospitality-first mindset.
• Serve as a role model for Dish Society’s culture and values.
