Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Tempe, AZ seeks a Lead, Project Engineering to oversee multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex product solutions across the Integrated Vision Solutions Sector. You will manage engineering execution, planning, staffing, budgeting, schedules, and risk/opportunity management, interfacing with leadership and customers.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and leadership across Operations, Quality, and Business Development to drive successful project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of engineering experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 12 years of prior related experience in Project Engineering.
• Experience leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, including cost and schedule generation and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team delivering projects end-to-end.
• Develop program execution schedules and monitor progress.
• Coordinate proposals and basis of estimates with engineering leadership.
• Communicate effectively with external customers and internal leadership.
