Job summary

Experience leading multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams and managing cost and schedule.
Experience with bids and proposals.

Responsibilities

Program planning, guidance and execution—develop the execution schedule and monitor progress.
Bid & proposal support—coordinate engineering scope and Basis of Estimates reviews.
Customer and senior leadership interaction and communication—update on plans, status, and issues.
Product development lifecycle—lead engineering through design gates ensuring alignment with standards and manufacturability.
Partner with operations, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing engineering for seamless production transition.
