Responsibilities

Excel at managing a team that ensures compliance through policy, process, tools, training, and governance, and engages with senior leaders to align across the business.
Collaborate with each business department, Legal, Regulatory, and others to deliver plans.
Maximize efforts by conducting briefings and presentations as required to keep leadership informed and to secure decisions.
Thrive in an office environment, travel infrequently, and be available for calls outside of normal business hours to achieve company objectives.
Report directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Services for goals and guidance.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of management experience and 8+ years managing complex programs or projects.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Technical skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Skills: Documenting, preparing, and delivering data‑driven presentations. Effectively analyzing and interpreting data sets.
Abilities: Demonstrated management skills by leading teams of program and project managers and the ability to build high‑performing teams.
