Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Risk Decisioning Platform's data pillar. You will oversee how internal and external data influence risk decisions, including data integrations, upstream/downstream flows, analytics, and governance.

You will collaborate with engineering, data science, risk strategy, and governance teams to build scalable data solutions, track data health, and migrate legacy systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related role.
• Experience with data platform products (data integration, pipelines, analytics).
• Knowledge of data governance in regulated environments.
• Strong data intuition and ability to analyze data health and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Inputs to product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Implements the architectural roadmap balancing innovative design, regulatory requirements, time-to-market and profitability.
• Controls for customer experience and needs in product requirements.
• Monitors metrics informing product success including usability studies and market analysis.
• Manages analytics, customer discovery, market research and competitive analysis to drive data-driven decisions.
• Participates in product reviews and steering committee updates as SME.
• Partners with data scientists, product designers and UX researchers.
