Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to guide the direction of a risk domain across multiple strategies. You will collaborate with risk strategy leaders to set the domain vision, invest in initiatives, and translate outcomes like loss reduction, approval rates, and customer experience into actionable product plans.

You will help shape the next-generation Risk Decisioning Platform and lead cross-functional pods while mentoring other PMs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Drives product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders aligned with the product vision.
• Plans and implements architectural roadmap balancing design, regulatory needs, time-to-market, customer value and profitability.
• Assesses customer experience and needs in requirements and decision making.
• Sets up data gathering mechanisms for metrics informing product success (usability studies, market analysis).
• Leads workstreams including analytics, customer discovery, market research and competitive analysis to drive data-driven decisions.
• Oversees product profitability measures including budget.
• Plans operational mechanisms driving execution and accountability (Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, Business Reviews).
• Interfaces with product and technology leadership as needed.
• Partners with content strategists, data scientists, product designers and UX researchers.
