• Assesses customer experience and needs in requirements and decision making.
• Sets up data gathering mechanisms for metrics, usability, and market analysis.
• Leads analytics, discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to drive data-driven decisions.
• Oversees product profitability and budgeting.
• Plans operational mechanisms like Product Reviews and Business Reviews to drive execution.
• Interfaces with leadership across product and technology.
• Partners with data scientists, designers, and UX researchers.
• Drives efficiency in a dynamic environment with innovative solutions.
