• Plans the architectural roadmap balancing design, tech, and regulatory needs.
• Assesses customer needs to inform product requirements and decisions.
• Sets up data gathering to measure usability, research, and market trends.
• Leads analytics, market research, and competitive analysis for data-driven decisions.
• Oversees product profitability measures and budget.
• Coordinates Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews.
• Collaborates with data scientists, designers, and UX researchers.
