Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Sr Lead, Facilities & Technical Operations for Private Destinations at our headquarters. You will oversee daily site operations, manage on-site teams and contractors, and ensure safety, compliance, and efficient maintenance across water systems and amenities.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities management within hospitality or marine settings, strong leadership, and travel readiness up to 75% with extended stays in the Bahamas as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, construction management, or related field is required.
• At least 5 years in facilities management, building services, or site operations with supervision.
• Experience with CMMS (AMOS preferred) and procurement processes.
• Hospitality/ resort/ marine or remote/international setting experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% with extended stays in the Bahamas as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, facilities, and guest-facing amenities.
• Lead onsite maintenance and technical teams; plan work with stakeholders.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and permits to work; enforce safety requirements.
• Raise, track, and close AMOS work orders; manage purchase orders and procurement.
• Oversee water systems, pool plant, and water safety programs.
