Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Senior Lead, Facilities Management, to manage building systems across offices, ensuring comfort, safety, and smooth events. You will own the facility-based technology, including BMS, lighting, security, and badge/access systems, while partnering with IT and vendors.

Based in Miami, this role requires hands-on knowledge of building systems, strong project coordination, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years supporting facility technology, building automation, or technology-enabled workplace projects.
• Experience with building management systems and smart building technologies.
• Strong project coordination and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of facility technology systems (BMS, lighting, AV, security, smart building platforms).
• Monitor system performance, alarms, trends, and reporting; support proactive maintenance.
• Coordinate with facilities operations to support HVAC performance, lighting schedules, energy efficiency, and safety.
