Job summary

Klaviyos seeks a Senior Lead Product Manager to drive our Enterprise platform strategy and steer the evolution of our data-driven CRM for large brands. You will own multiple product areas, unifying customer data, enabling real-time personalization, and expanding ecosystem integrations, while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Product Management experience with Enterprise SaaS
• Experience leading enterprise-grade products such as CRM, marketing automation, CDP, analytics, data infrastructure, or AI-driven systems
• Experience supporting large enterprise customers (e.g., Fortune 1000)
• Strong understanding of trust, compliance, scalability, configurability, integrations, and roadmap credibility
• Hands-on experience partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success on enterprise deals
• Comfortable discussing system architecture, data models, APIs, integrations, data flows, and security standards
• Experience with complex data infrastructure, distributed systems, or significant integration dependencies
• Proven ability to influence and lead across Product, Engineering, GTM, Security, and Legal without direct authority
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, aligning diverse teams around priorities
• Experience experimenting with AI in work or personal projects

Responsibilities

• Set and evangelize a 2–3 year vision for the Enterprise platform delivering scalability and governance
• Translate company goals into OKRs and roadmaps to accelerate Enterprise adoption and ARR growth
• Represent the voice of large, global customers in strategic product discussions
• Deliver capabilities that unify customer data across channels and support real-time personalization
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Security and Legal for cohesive experiences
• Lead roadmap reviews and facilitate strategic tradeoffs across teams
• Coordinate enterprise commitments from RFP support through onboarding and long-term success
• Transform workflows by integrating AI to build smarter systems
