Job summary

My VA Support, Inc. is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Assistant for a fully remote role. LATAM-based candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

You will support GOA-TECH, MyVA Support, and Reach Voters while driving growth and nurturing opportunities. The role blends sales, business development, and CRM management in a fast-paced environment with direct collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound marketing leads promptly.
• Qualify prospects via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Schedule discovery calls with leadership.
• Maintain follow-up with active leads until closure or disqualification.
• Update CRM records with accurate information.
• Track sales opportunities through the pipeline.
• Document meetings, conversations, and next steps.
• Follow up on proposals and maintain prospect communication.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership teams.
• Contribute to pipeline reviews and lead-conversion ideas.
• Ensure qualified opportunities are not lost due to poor follow-up.
