Job summary

S&P Dow Jones Indices is seeking a strategic Director of Multi-Asset Product Management to lead the development of a broad range of index-linked investment solutions, including retirement and derivatives-based strategies. You will guide a team of product managers and collaborate with Sales, Risk, Governance, Marketing, and Technology to drive commercial success.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management or related financial services roles with multi-asset exposure.
Strong quantitative background in index construction and asset allocation.
Proven ability to lead and develop product management talent.
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Lead the research, development, and launch of systematic multi-asset indices and investment solutions.
Translate complex index strategies into commercial narratives for clients and Sales teams.
Maintain market intelligence to identify new product opportunities and inform strategy.
Support and manage the multi-asset index suite with focus on adoption and revenue growth.
Lead and develop a team of product managers.
