Job summary
MFS is seeking a Strategist – Investment Product Development to lead the development, enhancement, and management of investment products across distribution channels in the U.S. and international markets.
You will partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to drive product initiatives, launches, and ongoing management, ensuring alignment with MFS’s strategic vision and evolving marketplace needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 6–8+ years in financial services, investment products, or product development.
- Strong project management, analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead development, enhancement, and management of investment products.
- Lead cross-functional teams for new product initiatives.
- Prepare plans and analyses to secure product approval.
- Serve as a product vehicle resource for investment vehicles in Global Product and Distribution.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to support strategy.
- Evaluate new product opportunities and market positioning.
- Partner with Investments, Distribution, Marketing, Compliance, Legal and Operations.
