Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Lead Mineral Processing Engineer for our Lakewood, CO office to lead process engineering deliverables in mining projects. You will guide design documentation, safety reviews, and multi-discipline coordination to meet client objectives and industry standards.

The role requires advanced expertise in mineral processing, project leadership, and strong communication. Occasional travel may be needed to support project execution and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, or Mineral Process Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of process engineering experience in mining or mineral processing projects.
• Experience with HAZOP and process safety reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of process engineering deliverables for mineral processing plants.
• Generate accurate documentation and ensure QA/QC compliance.
• Lead large projects, manage budgets, hours and expenses, and supervise subcontractors.
