Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Colorado operations, with roles in Salt Lake City and other locations. You will lead project delivery for mining, mineral processing, and related industrial facilities across North America and internationally.

You will manage project scope, schedule, budget, and safety, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, support client relationships, and drive technical reviews and QA/QC adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field.
• 5–10 years in project engineering/management in mining, mineral processing, industrial water treatment, or oil & gas.
• Strong understanding of project delivery within AEC industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with leadership, clients, subcontractors.
• Experience managing project financial performance and cost forecasting.
• Self-motivated with problem solving and decision‑making.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PM tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver multiple projects.
• Lead engineering studies, detailed engineering, EPCM services.
• Develop technical understanding across disciplines to coordinate.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
• Establish technical review levels and QA/QC adherence.
• Prepare project initiation documents and safety plans.
• Conduct lessons-learned and closeout activities.
• Uphold safety policies and codes of conduct.
• Travel as required per project.
