Job summary

The role focuses on implementing process improvements, training, and ensuring accurate documentation and changeovers, with a 2-2-3 rotating shift from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in aseptic manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Experience leading/managing floor operations or teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations with safety and cGMP in mind.
• Coordinate daily scheduling, staffing and real-time assignments.
• Oversee routine manufacturing operations, including changeovers and validations.
• Maintain Good Documentation Practices and GMP documentation.
• Manage floor inventory and material deliveries.
• Provide team leadership through coaching and development.
• Support deviations, CAPAs and quality investigations.
