Job summary

Takeda in Round Lake, IL is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II for a night shift with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (5:45 AM to 6:15 PM). You will support production of lifesaving therapies, lead line activities, and ensure accurate batch documentation in a GMP environment.

Requirements include GMP manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years related experience (or 1 year with AA), and English literacy. Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work 12-hour shifts with overtime as needed.

• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
• Must not be colorblind.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run and support production activities in accordance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards; operate key equipment.
• Lead the line, train junior technicians, and collaborate with other teams to achieve production and quality goals.
• Accurately complete batch documentation, keep the work area clean and inspection-ready, and promptly report safety or quality issues.
